Oxerra, a leading global iron oxide pigment, and complex inorganic colour pigment manufacturer, is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of Cathay Pigments and Chemicals Phils. Corp (CATHAY Philippines) to WWRC Holding Pte. Ltd (WWRC), on October 1st, 2024.
The acquisition, led by Mr Teoh Weng Chai, CEO of WWRC SEA, has facilitated the opportunity for WWRC to expand and integrate local market expertise, whilst using their regional network to deliver customised solutions and accelerate innovation in the Philippines specialty chemical space.
